Your Today Score is a weighted average of four signals. The weights aren't fixed — they shift with what your body actually needs. Sleep debt? Rest weighs more. Training block? Fuel weighs more.

Whoop is core. You can log food and hydration without one, but the Today Score and the AI coach become significantly more useful when fuel can see your recovery, HRV and strain.

You're charged 35 AED/month or 149 AED/year on day 8, depending on the plan you picked. Cancel any time before then in iPhone Settings — no charge at all.

Built and priced for the UAE — but the App Store listing is global and the app works anywhere. Pricing displays in AED.

Your last 30 days of recovery, sleep, strain, food log and hydration — plus your stated goal. It does not have access to anything outside fuel.

Stored encrypted, never sold, never used to train third-party models. Whoop data flows through a read-only OAuth connection. Delete your account and all data is purged within 30 days.

May 2026 on the App Store. iOS only at launch — Android is on the roadmap once we're confident in the iOS experience.
